Considering I never actually saw another human being during my two day stay, the hotel is run extremely efficiently. I am not a breakfaster, so I did not miss the absence of food. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Perhaps some cold mineral water waiting in the fridge on a hot day is poassibly an idea.. Appart from that I felt like I was staying in one of my own homes.Very quaint !
I was wondering what would happen to the electronic secure locking systems in the evnet of a power failure

Mysigt lite annorlunda hotell. Vårt rum hade en härlig takterass. Det fanns bara sex rum på hotellet så det var lugnt även om det var lite lyhört. Det finns ingen reception på hotellet utan all kontakt sköts genom telefonen så därav mitt omdöme att personal och faciliteter "bara" satts till rimlig.

STOP COMPLAINING ! (<--- SEE PREVIOUS COMENTS) 1. Wanna speak to a real human? Use the phone above. 2. I had a bill query. Walk to the siter hotel 'Dalt Murada' Near PL. Cort - Less than 5 min walk away. The Staff wer Fantastic ! 
3. No staff here? If you're single and you strike lucky at one of the bars, you can bring your girl/guy here to pleasure her/him without having to walk past nosey reception staff!
4. No tea/cofee? Mc Donalds at PL. J.Carles for quick cuppa. Only 3 min walk.
5. Take BUS 3 from near hera all the way to 'Cala Major' beach
6. Do the trip to Soller by train - great !

After having a bad experience at another accomodation, this was a refreshing one. I felt very safe and relaxed here. Enjoyed the Plasma TV too.
What I appreciated the most was the friendliness And Kindness of the owner And his wonderful son, Ferran.
