I was promised that I would have a Wi-Fi internet conection in the hotel and I saw it avaliable in my computer, but the imbecile on the phone refused to give me the code to get internet conection - the idiot said it did not exist a Wi-Fi conection, my code in the computer to conect to the internet did not work + they refused to give me the code for the internet conection! this is a mistake! their mistake!
Having no reception is clearly a way of avoiding the clientelle.
